The on-line purchases done from the philatelic bureau
Mumbai GPO from this site is subject to the following conditions. (Read

The supply jurisdiction are places within India and outside of India as well.
Acceptance of orders will be subject to stock.
Cancellation of orders once made will be subject to the discretion of the bureau.
The dispatch of items ordered will be by registered post and
subject to India Posts rules on registered post.
Necessary Postage, Registration and Air-surcharge charges will be applicable on all dispatches to outside of India. This will be
based on the weight of the items being dispatched. No Air-surcharge will be applicable for dispatches
within India.
The expected delivery time is within 7 days of the receipt of
payment for places within Maharashtra, and 15 days elsewhere in India.
The bureau will not be responsible for unintentional delay in
delivery of items ordered.
Mode of payment is Money Order of India Post or demand draft
of a bank in favour of The Director(Philately), Philatelic Bureau, Mumabi GPO - 400001 Other modes are not accepted.
If payment is not received within 10 days of ordering the
items, the order is liable to be cancelled by the Bureau without notice.
