To open a Domestic Philately Deposit Account on-line, just fill up the form below and send us the initial subscription amount either by Money Order or Demand Draft in favour of The Director (Philately), Philatelic Bureau, Mumbai GPO - 400 001         Fields marked with (*) are mandatory fields. The registration process consist of filling up 2 forms. (1)The Application form and (2) The Standing order form.
