Use this page to reset your user account password. Due to security reasons, your existing user account password will be re-set and a system generated password will be send to your e-mail address. In order to re-set your user account password, do the following steps:
Step 1. Enter your Philately Deposit Account number as the user name if you are a PDA account holder. If you are a user managing the site, then enter your user name.
Step 2. Select the Security Type that you had selected when you updated your user account.
Step 3. Enter the Security information that you had entered while updating your user account.
Step 4. Enter the E-mail address that you have registered with your user account. If you have not registered an E-mail address, then please enter your E-mail address. This will be updated in your user account.
Step 4. Click on the "Reset Password" button.
